This course, for over 50s, helps people worry less, sleep better, get healthy & stay healthy as they age.   It provides practical tools so people respond (not react ) to everyday stresses; manage worries, low moods or pain; enjoy life; change unhelpful habits; eat mindfully; and do more of what makes them feel good.

No previous experience needed and you won't be asked to share personal details.
