There is a waiting list so please ring to Gentle Exercise 10:15 Welcome In Great for improving muscle strength and tone to help improve flexibility, mobility & stamina. Booking Wednesday Chair Based 11:30 Welcome In A class to build strength and balance with refreshments. Booking is required.
